The absolute best is the new brand called Organix. It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate free so it wont dry out your hair, plus...it smells awesome! Suave makes the best product for the price. You need to just read the bottles to see what they are equivilent to. My suggestion is the Suave conditioner that compares to Humectress conditioner.

I don't know if Pantene will help your hair since it sounds really dry but it makes my hair look really good.
